
Hey Everyone,
I have decided to keep tabs on my weight loss for all of you that have been following me on facebook. I'm going to try to write as much as I can. To give you info on the things I am doing at the time so you can do it too! (If you want).
So let me start at the start of my weight loss Journey. That was about 3 years ago when I gave birth to my 2nd daughter. I was 256 lbs after birth. I have never been so big in my life. I was tired, hormonal and very depressed. Also let me tell you I wasn't the healthiest eater at all. I was a drive through girl when I could and didn't give a thought to look at any contents of any ingredients that I put in my mouth. But that was 66.4 lbs ago and I have changed a lot since then.
First thing I stopped drinking POP!!!! Bad Bad Bad.... Sugary drinks all they do is boosts the amount of insulin that you body has to make to put out to regulate your blood sugars. Then what happens is your body stores the sugars in your cells that turns to fat ... Yuck!
Second is Chips and Cookies and treats.... First of all salt makes you bloat! Cookies..Yum!! Now this was hard for me because I love cookies. I still have one every now and again. ( As a treat on my cheat day) I do have cheat days and cheat moments but I don't beat myself over them. I just say OK 30 sit ups I have to do for that cookie I just ate. So after a while you start hating to do extra things to compensate for your actions and just put down the cookie instead!
Third Add more Fiber into your diet! Gets your body to eliminate the stuff stuck inside you. Did you know you can have more than 30 lbs of waste stuck in your intestine. If you aren't having a bowel movement at least 1-2 times a day you are constipated!
Water Water Water you need lots of water to flush out the toxins that are stored in your body. Your body is made up of 65-75% water. There is water in your brain, blood, muscle, bones, all your organs, lining of your lungs and much more. If your not drinking enough of it your body is smart it starts taking water from other parts of your body to compensate. Which can lead to adverse health effects. So as of Feb. 2nd I was 195.2 lbs
Today Feb.15th. I am 189.6 lbs I Just got measured today to find out I have lost 15 .1 inches off my body. No joke!! I can give you my gym's phone number if you don't believe me.
