Have you ever wondered if the water you drink is safe?
Maybe 60 Years ago it was. Before the invention and explosive use of Pharmaceutical drugs and Chemical Sprays on our crops and don't forget Pollution. Our population on this earth has gone from 1 Billion people to 6 Billion people in just over the last 100 years.
What people don't think about is that there is no new water on this planet. All the water that is on this planet has been circulating on this earth since the beginning of time.
So what does that have to do with you and me?
Every time we take a pill or anti-depressant or Tylenol or any kind of pharmaceuticals our bodies don't absorb it all.
So what happens next?
We go to the restroom and pee it out into the toilet. Or some people don't know what to do with the left over Pharmaceutical Drugs so they dump them into the toilet or garbage.
Then the great life cycle of water happens....
It goes into waste water treatment plants where most of the sewage is processed......But not everything gets taken out. They don't have the right technology to get out the trace amounts of Pharmaceutical drugs.
Why cant they take it out?
The right filtration systems cost Millions of dollars.

Goes into the lakes, oceans, rivers where it effects our FISH and sea life and the animals in it.
BUT THAT'S NOT ALL!!!
Remember when I said that that there is no new water on this planet.... Well the water cycle is a continuous movement of water from ocean to air and land then to back to ocean.
In the water cycle, the sun heats the Earth's surface water, causing that surface water to evaporate (gas). This water vapor then rises into the earth's atmosphere where it cools and condenses into liquid droplets. These droplets combine and grow until they become too heavy and fall to the earth as precipitation (liquid if rain, solid if snow).
So what happens to the Pharmaceutical drugs?
They are at the PPM(Parts per Million) stage and are so small that they are picked up from the ocean in the change from ocean water to gas and are carried over into our rivers, lakes, glaciers, underground streams. Then back into our drinking water because again our filtration systems can't filter them out.
So what is being done about this??
NOTHING SO FAR!!!!!!!
I want to bring awareness to you all because I know this is a major problem. If it isn't solved soon we might be in great danger. Our water on this earth is scarce. Only 2% of Earths water is drinkable. If we keep polluting our water with toxins then there will be none to drink. Then What?
Right now there is a solution to the problem. But people are going to have to realize that prescription drugs aren't the answer to everything. Like for example you don't get a headache because you are deficient in Tylenol. It's your body's way of communicating with you to tell you that there is something wrong. Most of the time it is telling you that you are dehydrated and the glass of water that you drink with the Tylenol does more for you. All the Tylenol does is cuts off the signal to your brain telling you that something is wrong. Now I'm not saying get off the anti- seizure medication. But look into more natural ways of living that won't hurt the Earth and all we have on OUR Planet.
